Participants learn that abstaining from sex is the most effective way to prevent HIV infection. By the end of the practice, participants will be able to explain why unprotected sex, multiple partners, older partners, sex for things, and alcohol abuse are all high risk behaviors and they will be able to describe the effects of HIV and AIDS on family members, friends, and community members.
